About: Happy plant for happiness. West African origin. Green variegated leaves. Woody, thick multi planted stems. Am I happy? Are you happy? What is happiness? I’ve read a couple studies on plants in palliative care facilities and they said plant care brings a sense of reason and contentment to their lives. They can do the same for you!

Care: Easy

Light: Bright indirect light will keep the variegation in its leaves. It will grow in medium to low light conditions but it may lose its vibrant leaf pattern. No direct sun as it will burn the leaves. Rotating your Happy Plant every few weeks will help in an even growth habit as happy plants will grow toward a light source.

Water: Dracaena’s only need to be watered once every fortnight but make sure you really soak it until water leaks from the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot and then allow any excess water to drain so plant is not sitting in a tray of water.

Humidity: If you’re running aircon/heaters in your house you’ll want to give it a twice weekly spray mist with water. Otherwise Sydney’s level of humidity should be fine.
