Philodendron Cobra / Monstera standleyana / Ø40 cm / Height 2.2 m

The Philodendron Cobra is a rare climbing variety originating from South American rainforests. This mature specimen is trained on a natural log totem, allowing it to grow vertically and form aerial roots along its ascent—a growth habit true to its wild origins.

Delivered in a 400 mm black plastic grow pot. For a finished presentation, the plant can be elevated in a tall or cylindrical vessel to highlight the totem and structure.

Care

Light – Medium to bright, indirect light. Avoid prolonged shade.
Water – Keep evenly moist, allowing the top third of soil to dry between watering.
Soil & Repotting – Use a rich, well-draining potting mix with bark or perlite. Refresh soil annually.
Temperature & Feeding – Maintain 18–30 °C. Feed monthly during the warmer months.
