Bottle Tree (Brachychiton rupestris) in Vintage Concrete Bowl
Vessel: Vintage mid-century concrete bowl, aged with white and blue patina
Dimensions: Total planted height: 1900 mm | Pot: 260 mm (H) × 450 mm (Ø)
Finish: Exposed root form, gravel top dressing
Description: A sculptural Brachychiton rupestris planted to reveal its bulbous root base. The vintage concrete vessel shows natural weathering and layered patina in white and blue tones. The arrangement emphasises proportion, balance, and surface contrast.
Care: Bright light. Water when soil is partially dry. Suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor placement.
Provenance: The vintage bowl is sourced through circular design channels, selected for authenticity and age. Surface wear and imperfections are inherent to its history. The Bottle Tree is grown by a regional NSW nursery, north of Sydney. We work directly with family-owned growers to support local horticulture.
Notes: Each piece is unique. Variations in patina, texture, and plant form are expected and intentional.
