Bottle Tree (Brachychiton rupestris) in Matte Black Bowl Planter
Vessel: Matte black low-profile concrete bowl
Dimensions: Total planted height: 1900 mm | Pot: 140 mm (H) × 400 mm (D)
Finish: Exposed root form set on gravel with a single piece of charcoal stone accent
Description: A single Brachychiton rupestris rises in a gentle curve from a shallow black concrete bowl. Its exposed root form and elongated trunk give it sculptural lightness and poise. The charcoal stone beneath the caudex adds balance and quiet weight to the composition.
Care: Bright light. Water when soil is partially dry. Suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor placement.
Provenance: The planter is a minimalist concrete vessel selected for its simplicity and contrast against the organic tones of the Bottle Tree. Grown by a regional NSW nursery north of Sydney; we work directly with family-owned growers.
Notes: Each piece is unique. Variations in trunk form, root shape, and surface finish are intentional.
