The Rhaphidophora decursiva (Dragon tail plant) is similar to a Monstera in its growth habit but its big glossy palm like leaves and deep fenestrations create a drama all on their own. Coupled with the amazing snaking growth habit of its vines against the natural wooden totem this plant becomes art in its own right.

Care Easy

Light Bright indirect light.

Water Water weekly making sure all potting mix is wetted. Make sure to drain excess water and plant doesn’t sit in water.

Humidity If you are using air conditioning or heating in your space misting the plant once or twice a week to supplement humidity is recommended. Otherwise natural levels of Sydney humidity should be fine. Wipe leaves free of dust occasionally.

Food Water soluble fertilizer once a week in spring summer is recommended and adding granular fertilizer once every 14 months will keep your plant well fed and healthy.
